INTRODUCTION1.1. 5D Optimized LLC is the operating company responsible for the Wave Q mobile application. - Operating, maintaining, and improving the App;
- Providing personalized AI chat (responses formed from the perspective and personality of the author of the 5D Optimized book, from the source materials) and wellness guidance;
- Calculating alignment scores and wellness metrics;
- Enabling social features and community interactions;
- Processing transactions and managing subscriptions.(b) Personalization:
- Customizing your experience based on your preferences and usage;
- Providing personalized recommendations and content;
- Tailoring AI chat responses to your practice patterns and goals.(c) Communication:
- Sending service-related notifications and updates;
- Responding to your inquiries and support requests;
- Sending marketing communications (with your consent);
- Notifying you of important changes to the App or Policy.(d) Analytics and Research:

- Responding to legal requests and preventing fraud or abuse.4. INFORMATION STORAGE AND SECURITY4.1. Storage Methods:(a) Device-Only Mode:
- Your data is encrypted and stored locally on your device;
- Data is protected using device-level encryption and secure storage methods;
- You have full control over your data on your device.(b) Cloud Storage:
- Your data may be stored on secure cloud servers operated by third-party providers (e.g., Supabase);
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest;
- We implement industry-standard security measures.(c) Web3/Blockchain Storage (if using wallet features):
- Your data may be stored on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System);
- Data ownership is verified on blockchain;
- Only encrypted hashes are stored on blockchain, not your actual data.4.2. Security Measures:(a) We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest;
- Secure authentication and access controls;
- Regular security assessments and updates;
- Biometric authentication for sensitive data access;
- Secure coding practices and vulnerability management.(b) However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.4.3. Data Retention:(a) We retain your information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide services to you;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
- As otherwise described in this Policy.(b) When you delete your account or request data deletion:
- We will delete your information from our active systems;

- Blockchain records (if using wallet features) are permanent but contain only encrypted hashes;

(d) Blockchain Services: IPFS, blockchain networks (if using wallet features);

(a) No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure;
(b) We are not liable for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information;
